I am a woman in her 60’s that was diagnosed with severe osteoporosis. Upon diagnosis, I began working with Gary and following his osteoporosis exercise program. After 10 months following Gary’s program, I had a follow up bone density scan. My Doctor was surprised to find that I had gained bone density in my hips and spine and that I had increased my height by one half inch. After three years, my bone density has increased enough that my physician has discontinued all of my medications for one year. I definitely recommend Gary’s osteoporosis exercise program.
