Gary Rothbart, Personal TrainerGary Rothbart is a multi-certified personal trainer with more than 29 years of experience training a variety of people including people that are trying to get fit and become healthy. He also specializes in helping people that have serious and minor health issues, balance and mobility problems, prevention of diseases and seniors.

Gary is certified by the American Council on Exercise (ACE), the Tudor Bompa Institute as a Peridization-Strength and Conditioning Specialist (P-SCE), Peridization-Planning Specialist (P-PS), Conditioning Specialist for Ice Hockey (CSIH) and Junior Athletic Training Specialist (JATS). He is also a certified Resista-Ball Level 1 and Level 2 Core Instructor and is certified by the Titleist Performance Institute as a Level 1 and Level 2 Golf Fitness Instructor.

Gary was the Canadian Director of the Tudor Bompa Institute for over seven years. The Institute was recognized as one of the leading worldwide organizations in sports conditioning and exercise sciences. The Tudor Bompa Institute was comprised of sports science specialists who strived to enhance the understanding of periodization planning and training through the implementation of fitness and sports specific training, empowering both athletes and exercise professionals. Gary lectured and he was responsible for teaching five certification courses to students across Canada.

Gary has presented at a variety of meetings, lectures and conferences. He has lectured on a number of occasions to Doctors about the importance of exercise and lifestyle in preventing and managing a number of diseases.

Gary is an accomplished writer. He is the author of Weight Loss Fitness and Health Made Easy and has had over 35 articles published in industry publications and websites. In addition to teaching with the Tudor Bompa Institute, Gary created and spent a number of years teaching courses to personal trainers and other health specialists including, Working with Special Populations: Osteoporosis, Diabetes, Fibromyalgia and Other Physical Problems as well as Advanced Biomechanics and Exercise Science.
